In October of 2018, Metropolis Magazine hosted a two-day event series in New York City entitled Metropolis Perspective: Sustainability. Bringing together the best and the brightest of the A&D industry, our goal was to elevate the discussion regarding sustainability. Our panelists, including our sponsor's sustainability experts, joined us at Perkins Eastman and FXCollaborative to discuss a variety of topics including how to specify sustainable products.The information presented during these discussions was shared in and helped shape the special sustainability section in our November / December 2018 entitled "Becoming Sustainable."In 2019, Metropolis will once again seek to elevate the conversation on sustainability when we visit top A&D firms in Seattle and Los Angeles.
